**Privacy Policy on Personal Data Processing**

The administrator of your personal data, i.e., the entity deciding on the purposes and means of data processing, is CogniBe Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw.
If you have any questions regarding the processing of your data or wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us electronically via email at: biuro@cognibe.com.

We will process your data for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:
– If you contact us with an inquiry (e.g., by writing to us via the CONTACT tab), we will process your data to provide you with a response, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR*).
– If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your data to send you notifications about new content appearing on our website to the email address you provided, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
– If you complete our business automation diagnosis questionnaire, we will process your data to prepare and send you a report with the diagnosis result, and to individually discuss this report, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
– If you complete our initial automation potential analysis questionnaire, we will process your data to send you the results of the survey and to analyze and discuss the report, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
– We will also process your data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services by sending you offers to the email address you provided, based on our legitimate interest in conducting our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent for its processing or until you file an objection to its processing.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to object to its processing, and the right to data portability.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before it was withdrawn.
If you believe that we have violated your rights, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing your data is entirely voluntary. In case you wish to contact us for any reason, we only require the provision of your email address, which is necessary for us to provide you with feedback or offer you, as a potential client, our services.
