Do we really need automation?
Automation is now on the lips of most managers. Automation technology providers convince that it will solve all our problems and is essential for success. But do I really “have to have it”?
These are very simple but crucial questions that are worth asking yourself at the beginning of your automation adventure. Thanks to them, we will avoid unconsciously following technological trends and build a foundation for future implementations.
In a nutshell: we need automation if it solves our operational problems or supports strategic plans. Check the list below, and if any of the points sound familiar to you, then it is worth considering using automation.
